🚨 HubSpot Update: Simplified Property Archiving 🚨 As a HubSpot partner, managing properties is a daily task. While archiving a property sounds straightforward, it used to come with an annoying and time-consuming step: manually removing the property from every view before it could be archived. That’s no longer the case! 🎉 With HubSpot’s latest update, you can now archive properties used in index page views without removing them from each view. Why is this excellent news? For admins, it means less hassle and a cleaner, more efficient data model. If a property is only being used as a sort or column in a view, you can archive it immediately. No more wasted clicks or time—just a streamlined workflow that helps reduce clutter across your portal. How does it work? The archiving process is the same: Object > Settings > Properties > More > Archive The difference? You’ll now see two helpful categories: 1️⃣ Assets preventing archiving: These need to be cleared before the property can be archived. 2️⃣ Other assets using this property: These don’t require any action so that you can archive immediately.
