TLDR: Work with mensches - close better deals. The past couple of weeks I've been in and out of hospital (I'm fine, grateful for access to exceptional healthcare). It wasn't easy. What was easy were my interactions with Yaron Carni and Michel Abadi, partners at Maverick Ventures Israel, and Rochelle Ram our wonderful VP Finance. We're in a very busy period, but Yaron and Michel were concerned, kind, and patient, even as we closed our latest seed investment in an amazing company at the same time! Sometimes, what matters most at work isn't the work. It's knowing that you work for good, supportive people who value you. When things hit the fan, you want a mensch in the office. I'm lucky to have two.

Gartner's “Top 10 Strategic Technology Trends for 2025” list sheds light on innovations that are reshaping businesses. Among these is hybrid computing, "the orchestration of emerging compute, storage and network mechanisms to support disruptive business use cases that have bigger impacts beyond the enterprise." According to Gartner, “Data centers won't simply look like racks of basic servers but will be a mix of a wide range of technologies, deployed based on need and performance requirements.” This expected shift toward hybrid data centers is due to an increase in complex computational tasks.
