✏️ Support Visit for School Improvement in Tripura The Complex Leader of Avangchara School and the Mentor-Assessor conducted a support visit to all schools under the complex to provide hands-on guidance. Using four methods of evidence collection based on the Shaala Siddhi framework, they observed key areas and provided constructive feedback and suggestions. The focus was to help schools identify gaps and take the necessary steps to shift from Level 1 to Level 2 of the framework in their chosen action plans. Last week our CEO, Anushri Alva, was part of a panel discussion at #IFRC2025 about the importance of fundraising in building sustainable nonprofits. Thank you to ILSS - India Leaders for Social Sector for the opportunity to share insights and be inspired by like-minded individuals in the social sector.

Through our partnership with the Directorate of Education, Goa, we have been implementing the Systemic School Improvement Program with the support of Mastek in Goa for over 4 years. We’ve seen steady improvement during the last month. Through the collective effort of the school leaders, 4 schools have initiated a “Confirming Shift” in over 32 standards of the Shaala Siddhi Framework, enabling considerable progress towards our vision of a Good School for Every Child. At GPS Cusman Deao, Quepem, Hub Leader Ms. Sarojini Dessai, held discussions to assess the school's progress with the school in-charge, parents, and students. Multiple trackers covering attendance, participation in scholastic and co-scholastic activities, and behavior management have helped increase student engagement, leading to improved regularity and punctuality in the school. We’re thrilled about the progress, and the dedicated support of Jalander Satpute and Mastek.
