Meet Alria and Vyankatesh, co-founders of Asude Foundation Millions of young girls and boys from marginalized communities entering the workforce in India struggle with work transition due to lack of career guidance in schools, insufficient teacher support, and absence of positive role models. Asude Foundation offers a structured research-based curriculum focusing on self-awareness, experiential career exploration, engagement with govt school teachers for them to devlop career counseling skills and also parents, to overall facilitate the transition from education to employment. (Asude Foundation is part of our 11th incubator cohort - N/11 - at The/Nudge Institute)

Our co-founder, Alria Monteiro Kharage, recently led an insightful session on the North Star Program, which aims to prepare Grade 9 and 10 students for successful careers within the Teach For All network. Educators worldwide participated in hands-on activities, explored various student personas, and designed career pathways that connect education with workforce needs.
