"Axis Bank was my first job, and I’ve been here for six years now. It’s not just a job; it’s part of who I am,” Dipa Tibrewal Gupta says with a smile. "I’m a chartered accountant by qualification, and I’m passionate about my work.” Three years ago, Dipa’s path took a difficult turn when she faced serious pregnancy complications. “The bank allowed me to work from home, which made all the difference,” she says. After her son, Kriyansh, was born, she worked remotely for three months, but coming back to the office was tough. “I remember whispering to him, ‘Mumma has to go now, but I’ll be back soon.’ Somehow, he understood and didn’t fuss. It was like he knew.” She credits her husband for his unwavering support. “He takes equal responsibility at home and cares for Kriyansh so well. I couldn’t do this without him.” Determined to stay ahead, Dipa’s taken on certifications and explored new roles within the bank. "I’m excited to work across departments and learn even more.” And amid all the growth, Dipa has one personal goal: to get back to reading. “Before Kriyansh, books were my escape.
