Inaugurated UP's 3rd Tri-Biomak patented technology plant with 6TPD CBG plant. We are proud to inaugurate our state-of-the-art CBG plant equipped with Biofics patented technologies, paving the way for a greener future and a stronger industry. This project is in Uttar Pradesh having a capacity of 6TPD output, utilizing 150 TPD of feedstock such as cow dung, Press mud and Napier Grass. This is where we stand with our clients – as partners on this road. We did this recently this inauguration of a 6 TPD BioCBG plant in UP with our CEO and founder, Sunil Mahapatra. This project will be led by our head of CBG projects UP and Nothern Regions, Mr. Ashish Kumar Mishra and Sr. engineer Ansh Srivastav. Our patented Tri-Biomak and VPSA Biogas Purification technology will be implemented in this project. Tri-Biomak technology generates crop-specific, soil-enriching bacteria. It can also be tailored to the specific crops for which the fertilizers will be used, resulting in market ready product. This new BioCBG plant is part of Biofics' vision to set up 100 BioCBG plants over the next 36 months, aligning with SATAT and the Government of India's goal of 5,000 plants. #SustainableSolutions #CBGPlant #Inauguration #WasteManagement #GreenFuture #EnvironmentalCompliance #GreenTech #EcoFriendly #WasteToResource #SustainabilityMatters #RegulatoryCompliance #EnvironmentalResponsibility Sunil Mahapatra | VIKAS MISHRA | Chirayu Jain | Anuj Sah | Saurabh Rai | Viraj Macwan | Rohan Chaudhary | Shuchivrat Sali | The Shelter | Sushil Ghorawat | ITC Limited | Mugundan Ramachandran | Ansh Srivastav | Jayesh Patil | Sustainable Times | SATYAVATHI FOODS LIMITED | Suresh Patil | Dr. Sushma Pardeshi | Utkarsh Nimbalkar | Rohan Waghmare

Wet digestion vs Dry digestion BioCBG plant When discussing wet digestion and dry digestion, we're referring to two common methods used to break down organic waste and produce biogas and methane. In simple terms wet digestion is when digestion in the presence of waster generally 40 to 50% of the feedstock using Mesophilic Bacteria and Dry digestion is when digestion is done with no water or very less water with thermophilic Bacteria. Wet digestion is require temperature between 25-35°C to develop a stable Mesophilic Bacterial Environment used in high temperature countries like India, China, Philippines. Dry digestion requires temperature between 55-60°C to develop a stable Thermophilic Bacteria environment used in low temperature countries like Germany, France and Italy So which is better? it ultimately depends on your goal- whether you location, feedstock, efficiency and cost effectiveness. According to the temperature in India wet digestion is better option also it consumes less time and is cost effective. So to get more knowledge about such greener steps stay connected with us. 🌏🌿 #SustainableSolutions #WasteManagement #GreenFuture #EnvironmentalCompliance #GreenTech #EcoFriendly #WasteToResource #SustainabilityMatters #RegulatoryCompliance #EnvironmentalResponsibility Sunil Mahapatra | VIKAS MISHRA | Chirayu Jain | Anuj Sah | Saurabh Rai | Viraj Macwan | Rohan Chaudhary | The Shelter Group | Sreejit Basu | Mugundan Ramachandran | Ansh Srivastav | Centre for Science and Environment, New Delhi | Suresh Patil | Ajit Kulkarni | Basavaraj Baragi | Rohan Waghmare
