🏭 Banas on the Fast Track... 🚗 ⛽ Future Fuel... Bio CNG! 🚛 Banas Dairy, in collaboration with Suzuki Research and Development India (SRDI), is developing the Banas Bio CNG Project on the Tharad-Deesa Highway at Agathala, Banaskantha district, Gujarat. This groundbreaking initiative aims to set a new milestone by utilizing cow dung efficiently and promoting environmental sustainability. 💡 Key Highlights of the Project: 🔸 Daily processing of 1,00,000 kg of cow dung 🔸 Production of 1,500 to 1,700 kg of Bio CNG per day 🔸 Fuel availability for approximately 170 to 200 vehicles daily 🔸 Estimated project cost: ₹ 45 crore The entire investment for this project has been made by Suzuki Research and Development India (SRDI). 🛠️ Expected Completion Date: The project is set to be operational by July 2025. This initiative will empower farmers in the Banas region to become self-reliant in fuel production while paving the way for eco-friendly energy solutions. Driving Sustainability. The very sad story of 2 successful Entrepreneurs forced us to create this awareness. These 2 successful in their own business and decided to built CBG plant and went almost bankrupt. They pleaded with us to take over their plant or do something to achieve profitability. We did detailed review and decided that nothing can be done to these 2 wrongly designed/ built CBG plants. Like this several others have approached us more than 20. But they could sustain this losses they suffered in CBG. 1. We saw so many posts about record breaking construction activities of CBG plant. Within 24 hours we built this and within 48 hours we built. That’s awesome and great. But unfortunately never saw any Posts or any CBG conferences mentioning about we did record breaking production of CBG in 24 hours or record breaking production performance for month / year. Or Record breaking yield from different feedstocks. The industry needs this. We post such details and also share in the conference we speak. 2. In India the subsidies from state and central governments is driving the projects. Its absolutely fabulous. Great thing is happening. We hear from our partners that they get quotes for 5 ton CBG plant for 11 to 16 crore that’s about ( 1.2 to 2 Million USD max ). With state and central government subsidies around 1 million USD. The project is so tempting 😋😅 at such low costs in India. But in other countries in Asia not such incentives/ subsidies from government yet. AWARENESS is purely in the best interest of industry. Someone had to tie the bell to Cat to make some noise. Thank you.
