We’ve advised Air India Limited and Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. in a merger to create #India’s largest international carrier ✈️ Our team advised on the transfer of the leased fleet of aircraft and engines, which successfully completed today. Through the merger, Air India also becomes the second largest domestic carrier in India, commanding a combined fleet of over 210 aircraft.
