WE ARE HIRING! MIS Key Responsibilities: ·        Data Management and Reporting: Develop and maintain databases for patient data, service utilization, and metrics. Ensure accurate data entry and validation. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, including dashboards. ·        System Development and Maintenance: Assist in designing and improving data management tools. Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT teams. Implement data security protocols to maintain confidentiality. ·        Monitoring and Evaluation Support: Collaborate with teams to track outcomes and indicators. Analyze data trends for actionable insights. Support audits and evaluations by preparing relevant data and reports. ·        Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with field teams, medical staff, and administrators for smooth data collection. Train staff on MIS tools and protocols. Address data-related queries. ·        Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and best practices. Maintain records of activities, datasets, and reports. Document lessons learned and success stories. ·        Technical Support and Capacity Building: Provide support for digital tools and mobile applications. Conduct training on data management and reporting for project staff. ·        Innovation and Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance data processes using technology. Recommend workflow improvements based on insights. Here’s a step-by-step guide for promoting the Jal Jeevan Mission at the village level: Jal Jeevan Rath (Campaign Mobile Van) Create a Jal Jeevan Rath (Mobile Van) equipped with a projector, pamphlets, and models to explain the JJM to villagers. The van can travel around different areas, creating visibility for the mission. Set up interactive sessions and demonstrations on water filtration, storage, and conservation. Engage Women and Youth Women, being the primary managers of water at the household level, are crucial to JJM's success. Organize women’s workshops focusing on water management, the role of JJM in reducing their daily burden, and water conservation practices.
