We provide tailored solutions to ensure social value through volunteering and CSR, and are a registered NGO ourselves.
About us
ConnectFor is a CSR project by the Rosy Blue Foundation. It is an online platform that aims to connect NGOs with volunteers and create structure within the Indian development sector. This model has worked tremendously well in other countries, and we hope to achieve goals of the same magnitude within the Indian context. We seek to enable volunteering in a way that is win-win for both the NGO and the volunteer. We look at the NGOs and try to best serve their needs by working closely with them. We currently have over 500 partner organizations across India. Our partner NGOs tell us what requirements they have that they are seeking to fulfill through volunteers, and we make those opportunities live on our website, and accessible to anyone who wants to volunteer. Our goal is to demonstrate how individuals’ donation of time and skill can be as effective as donating money. We are a fund-free platform because we do not charge our volunteers or our NGOs to use our basic service. Currently, we work with volunteers and NGOs situated in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi & Ahmedabad. We have also conducted group volunteering for corporate engagement and CSR across all the major metros in India including Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, and several other cities.

Every year, companies allocate funds for CSR, hoping to create an impact. But how often do these budgets translate into real, tangible change? For Alvita Pharma Private Limited , it wasn’t just about spending—it was about investing in a better future. So, they put their CSR budget to work where it mattered most: in schools, for children, and for communities. And the results? Nothing short of transformational. Imagine walking into a school where the walls tell stories—of dreams, aspirations, and endless possibilities. Through Artshala: Paint a School, they turned dull walls into vibrant works of art. Across multiple schools, 20 artworks were completed, each carrying a story of creativity and learning. But beyond aesthetics, Alvita understood that the foundation of education also lies in basic infrastructure. To ensure a more inclusive environment, grab handles were installed in washrooms, making them more accessible for PWD students. A toy donation drive directly impacted 280 balwadi students and 1,500 children overall, fostering early learning and play. Books and bookshelves were set up, enriching the educational experience of 1,900 students aged 4 to 14. New benches provided a comfortable learning space for hundreds of children, while the installation of four menstrual pad vending machines promoted better hygiene for young girls. Additionally, dustbins were placed to encourage cleaner and healthier school environments. Amidst all the infrastructure and artwork, there was one lesson that would stay with the children forever: awareness about safety and boundaries. Workshops on Good Touch & Bad Touch empowered students with crucial knowledge, ensuring they understood personal safety and could protect themselves in vulnerable situations. A CSR budget is just a number until it touches lives. For the children who now sit comfortably on new benches, for the girls who no longer have to worry about menstrual hygiene, and for the students who walk into bright, inspiring classrooms—the impact is immeasurable. And for Alvita? This wasn’t just another CSR project. It was a promise: to create lasting change, to build futures, and to leave behind something far greater than numbers on a balance sheet. Because the best investments are the ones that change lives. 💙

With the 2025 Budget emphasizing financial literacy and management, learning about money from a young age is more important than ever. Scroll through your feed, and you’ll find financial gurus dishing out advice left, right, and center—but how much of it is the real deal? Amid all the information (and misinformation) swirling around, teaching kids financial literacy early has never been more important! 🌟 So, we teamed up with Wella Company to empower young minds through a one-of-a-kind financial literacy workshop. The volunteers made this initiative unforgettable, breaking down the basics of money management into simple, actionable lessons. They taught the children essential skills like saving, budgeting, and making smart spending choices. This workshop was all about learning by doing. The children and volunteers were divided into groups, each given a budget to purchase materials—glitters, markers, stickers—to create fun and vibrant posters focused on financial literacy. Wella employees were the perfect mentors, cheering the kids on as they made thoughtful decisions. The room buzzed with energy as the children got a crash course in supply and demand, understanding value, and the art of spending wisely. By the end of the day, 52 children walked away not just with colorful posters but with invaluable knowledge about managing money and a newfound confidence to shape their futures. And with the 2025 Union Budget putting an emphasis on financial guidance, it’s more important than ever that we invest in future generations. One day, these kids will be making decisions that shape the nation's economy, just like our finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman! 💼✨ This workshop wasn’t just about finances; it was about laying the groundwork for a brighter, more secure tomorrow. A huge shoutout to Wella and their amazing volunteers for making this possible. 🙌

New Year, New Impact: A Look Back at the Last Quarter As we settle into 2025, let’s take a moment to celebrate the incredible impact we’ve created together. The last quarter was filled with meaningful connections, powerful initiatives, and unforgettable moments that transformed lives. Our journey was made possible through the unwavering support of our corporate partners: Wipro, Mahindra Group, K Raheja Corp, Alvita Pharma Private Limited , SBM Bank (India), Third Bridge Group Limited, Larsen & Toubro, C.H. Robinson, Adyen, L'Oréal, Wella Company, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, TIAA, Redington Limited, and Amazon. Their commitment to giving back fueled countless initiatives that brought joy and change to communities. Across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, and Jaipur, employees came together to volunteer and drive impact in diverse communities, ensuring that every effort left a lasting mark. The volunteers participated in a wide range of activities that blended creativity, sustainability, and empowerment. Through Artshala, they transformed empty walls into vibrant learning spaces, making education more engaging, while Soccer for Change fostered bonds between volunteers and children through soccer matches. In our Art from Heart activity, volunteers spread warmth through handmade cards and origami flowers. During Crafting for a Cause, they enjoyed creating lanterns and diyas for festive celebrations. Through Spark-free Cooking Sessions, volunteers shared meals and laughter with our NGO beneficiaries, strengthening community connections. Meanwhile, Sustainability Projects promoted environmental responsibility through plog runs and beach clean-ups. Our initiatives aligned with key impact areas, creating meaningful change across communities. For education, we set up menstrual hygiene kits, planned health and awareness workshops, and created essential infrastructure in schools, ensuring better accessibility for students. Health & Well-being was promoted through Guide to Healthy Living workshops, equipping children with essential knowledge for a healthier future. To foster Disability Inclusion, we created Braille books and sensory boards, making learning more accessible and inclusive for persons with disabilities. Meanwhile, our commitment to Environmental Sustainability was reflected in hands-on efforts toward a cleaner planet, encouraging responsible practices for a greener future. Let the Numbers Speak for Themselves: 📌 2500+ volunteers engaged 📌 15+ corporate partners 📌 15,000+ beneficiaries impacted 📌 6,500+ employee hours contributed But beyond the numbers, these are stories of connection, kindness, and change. As we move forward, let’s continue to create ripples of impact, one small act of kindness at a time. 💛
