Inauguration of The Emcure Research Centre (ERC) at Tapovan, Ahmedabad. The new ERC facility is designed to accelerate pharmaceutical innovation with state-of-the-art laboratories and advanced equipment for each of the dosage forms. From early-stage pre-formulation studies to scaling-up, the ERC seamlessly integrates all aspects of pharmaceutical development while adhering to global regulatory standards. The facility was inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Gujarat, Shri. Rushikeshbhai Patel, in a ceremony that marks Emcure’s commitment to advancing healthcare through cutting-edge research and transformative drug development.

A Unique Leadership Learning Experience in Pune, Maharashtra. On January 16th-17th, 2025, the India Business Division Leadership team came together for a transformative Learning Offsite. The meeting was more than a professional meeting – it was an enriching experience that brought together leaders and their spouses for a journey of growth, learning and collaboration. Key highlights from the two-day event: Factory Visit: It was a first-of-its-kind experience for many special spouses. The visit to the state-of-the-art facility, which exports to markets like Canada, the UK, the EU, and other emerging regions, was truly enriching. This experience significantly boosted confidence in the quality and excellence of the products we market. Townhall with Satish Mehta, Founder and CEO – Emcure Group: Understanding the vision of the man who built a company with a workforce of over 11,000 across the globe—whom he considers as his family—was truly inspiring. The session offered a deep dive into the company's journey and values, along with aligning future expectations for each leader. An open discussion on challenges and potential solutions to drive toward a brighter future served as the highlight of the gathering. Interactive Sessions: Engaging discussions with Namita Thapar (Whole-time Director), Samit Mehta (Whole-time Director) & Vikas Thapar (President - Corporate Development, Strategy & Finance). Dinner at CEO’s residence: Beyond formal to informal connect, a delightful evening at the CEO's residence, with delicious Gujarati food and fun karaoke sessions by the India leadership team. The employees and their spouses bonded with each other as well as the management team. Panel Discussion: Moderated by Namita Thapar with Mr. Vijay Gokhle (Ex Foreign Secretary) & Mr. Shreekant Bapat (Rtd Additional Director General of Police, Maharashtra), sharing real life experiences and putting across the thought process from both leadership and employee perspective. Brand Building Insights: Going against the winds and creating strategic niche in market, Jaydeep Barman, Founder of Rebel Foods, shared his expertise not just on brand-building but also on what made him successful and the role his team has played in the process. Work-Life Balance: Sudhakar Dass from Vedanta Academy guided everyone on relationship management and how one balances work and family. The event offered an excellent opportunity for leaders to engage, reflect, and collaborate, while also allowing spouses to connect and build meaningful bonds.The spouses also had some free time on Day 2 morning, sought blessings from the famous Shri Dagadu Seth Halwai Ganpati, and had some time for shopping. Emcure leads the way for a Healthier Future at Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025! The streets of Mumbai witnessed a wave of energy and unity at the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025! With the theme “Making India Iron Strong”, over 100 Enthusiastic Emcureans came together to champion the cause of iron deficiency awareness—a mission close to our hearts. This remarkable event was not only a platform to promote health, wellness but also promote teamwork among the employees. The Dream Run—a 5.9 km run around the iconic and historical sites of Azad Maidan, CSMT, and Marine Drive—made the experience even more cheerful. At Emcure, we believe in empowering our people to make a difference, both within the organization and in the communities, we serve. This marathon was an opportunity for our employees to unite, inspire and raise awareness about building India – Iron Strong, free from iron deficiency.
