A subsidiary of Info Edge filed an FIR against them in Mumbai. Yadav launched Broker Network (4B Networks Pvt Ltd) in 2020 but Info Edge's investment turned sour due to suspected financial irregularities. An audit revealed suspicious transactions linked to a company connected to Yadav.
