Key Responsibilities: ✅ Conduct and supervise clinical trials, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines. ✅ Perform market research, engaging with physicians, patients, and customers. ✅ Support new product formulation, optimizing safety and effectiveness. ✅ Manage regulatory compliance (AYUSH, GMP) and product documentation. ✅ Publish scientific research and represent Greenspace in industry events. ✅ Train the marketing team on Ayurvedic principles and product benefits. Qualifications & Experience: 🔹 BAMS degree (mandatory). 🔹 1-3 years in clinical practice, research, trials, or regulatory affairs. 🔹 Experience in personal care/skin care formulations is a plus. 🔹 Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations & industry regulations. 🔹 Excellent research, documentation, and communication skills.
