🚑 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗪𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 🚑 Let’s talk about trauma prevention—a subject that’s about as exciting as reading the terms and conditions on a website, but trust me, it’s a life-saver (literally). Here’s a fun fact: most of us have no first aid kit in our cars, taxis, or trucks. But hey, we have a spare tire! 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁? 😅 Oh, and 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 for the general public? Yeah, that’s something you only see in movies. In real life, 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀. Government campaigns? Let’s see... 𝘄𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 (𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗻𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝘁). 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘀? 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗲𝘁𝘀. 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝘁𝘀. 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝘀. 𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱’𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝘆, 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴... 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. 😏 And speaking of night-time—“Use Dipper at Night.” You’ve all seen it painted in bold letters on the back of trucks. Great message! Except... hold on. Is it talking about headlights or... condoms? You see, the message works both ways, but wouldn’t it be better if we also emphasized wearing helmets or teaching basic first aid? Or even stopping people from cramming 10 passengers into a vehicle meant for 4? Trauma management starts with prevention—like real prevention. Not just vague slogans but training. Real access to first aid kits in every vehicle. And maybe, just maybe, less focus on “Use Dipper at Night” and more on “Use Common Sense 24/7.” So, next time you see a poorly lit road, think: “Is my first aid kit ready?” And when you see that truck telling you to use your dipper at night, just remember: headlights are important, but so are helmets, seat belts, and life-saving knowledge. Let’s make the roads safer, one common-sense step at a time. And yes, condoms are still important—but so is wearing a helmet while riding that bike. 🚴♂️💡 #TraumaPrevention #EmergencyCare #RoadSafety #FirstAidMatters #CommonSenseSavesLives #HanumanCare

If we were aiming for a world record in preventable tragedies, we'd be at the top of the leaderboard. 🙄 But hey, don’t worry. We’re not settling for this grim reality. At Hanuman Care we’re aiming for a future where “𝗡𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬.” Ambitious? Absolutely. Impossible? Not in our books. For the past 6 months, we’ve been working closely with 𝗡𝗛𝗔𝗜, deploying our 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 as part of a pilot project. And no, 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙛𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝟱𝗚 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀. Soon, we’ll be sharing our 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 of what we’ve been up to, along with plans for further deployment. The journey of a CEO from pulling a stretcher in the hospital to building a 100Cr business😱   Day 3/10 of small startups with big vision in India!   Hanuman Care is a healthcare startup that aims to help underprivileged communities by offering accessible and reasonably priced medical care. It was founded in 2020 by Niraj Jha, Deepak Jha, and Santosh Singh. Niraj Jha figured out that the ambulance industry in India is highly unregulated and prices can go as high as Rs 20k for 10 km. In 30 minutes a 🍕 can be delivered, but in 30 minutes you can see no ambulance! So he and his partners planned to bring a fixed price model to make ambulance services more accessible and transparent and make an ambulance ready in 15 minutes to every house where it is required! Let's dive deep into the case study of Hanuman Care: - Hanuman Care promises to provide an ambulance within 30 minutes of an emergency. - They have a no refusal policy, which makes sure that every customer in need gets an ambulance. - Thanks to Hanuman Care's strong telemedicine infrastructure, patients can consult doctors from a distance. Patients' travel expenses and times are decreased as a result, particularly in remote locations. - Hanuman Care is operational in Bihar, UP, Jharkhand, Delhi, and Mumbai. - Their mobile app improves patient experience and treatment plan adherence by making it easier to schedule appointments, view medical data, and remember to take medication. - In order to guarantee that no family is turned away owing to financial limitations, they have partnered with non-governmental organizations to subsidize prices. - To enable focused interventions, they have been utilizing data analytics to monitor patient outcomes and spot community health patterns. - They have already raised half a million dollars from their investors to expand their presence to more states accross the country. - They have carried over 1 lakh+ patients till date. - They provide workshops and run health awareness campaigns where they address different health issues. - They Operate on a revenue - sharing model with the ambulance operator. - Currently, the startup operates in twenty-two districts of Bihar and has onboarded over 350+ ambulances. Hanuman Care helps in diagnosing medical conditions, arranging for the best home health care, scheduling an ambulance, scheduling diagnostic tests, acquiring medications, keeping track of medical data, and discovering new, better lifestyle options. The first platform for complete healthcare services, Hanuman Care functions by bringing together existing stakeholders and service providers across a range of healthcare demands and introducing transparency. Diabetes, thyroid disorders, tuberculosis, cancer—these diseases grab all the attention, right? Patients are everywhere, so naturally, we and our government focus on them. But trauma? Well, trauma victims often don’t get a second chance. They lose their lives instantly, and before long, even the tears dry up. So we forget about trauma. Out of sight, out of mind, right? But should the government really think this way? A trauma-related death occurs in India every 1.9 minutes. Road traffic accidents alone are increasing at 3% annually, costing us 2-2.5% of GDP. 78% of trauma victims are young men, aged 20-44, the backbone of our workforce. Should we just keep letting this slide because the news cycle moves on? Pre-hospital care isn’t just some afterthought; it’s a key to saving lives. We need to ask for more, do more, and manage trauma better. Let’s not wait for the next accident to remind us. #TraumaCare #PreHospitalCare #EmergencyHealthcare #SaveLives #MindTheGap Here’s the kicker: Rama Shankar Pandey
