Without his pioneering spirit, the Indian Cannabis Industry as we know it today simply would not exist. When we first ventured into the unknown as frightened young entrepreneurs, Mr. Tata equipped us with more than just capital, as our very FIRST Investor — he equipped us with courage. With Bombay Hemp Company Private Limited as his instrument, he ignited an entire industry. He not only funded us but also forged crucial pathways — from providing for our seed cultivation initiatives to launching India’s first modern clinical trials with Medicinal Cannabis at Tata Memorial Centre.
