When Mensa Brands acquired India Lifestyle Network (MensXP, iDiva & HYPP) from Times Internet, the vision was simple: - Leverage the cultural relevance built across ILN to align Mensa’s breakout brands with mainstream pop culture. - Extend the core content creation & creative capabilities to build better brands. We've always understood that increasingly, reach is a commodity. Anyone can buy reach. For that, you go directly to YouTube, Google or Meta. You don’t need a media house just for reach. However, if you’re after impact and cultural relevance, you go to a publisher or a media company. It’s still early days but I believe that’s why this collaboration is so meaningful.
