  • The best stakeholder recognition for any training is "Impact in Skill level and Performance" Make sure your training programs hit the mark The 4 Levels of Knowledge Conversion to Skill Understanding the journey of knowledge to skill involves recognizing four distinct levels of awareness. Each level plays a critical role in learning and mastering new skills: I Don’t Know What I Don’t Know This is the stage of unconscious incompetence. At this level, we are unaware of gaps in our knowledge or the existence of certain skills. For example, someone unfamiliar with digital marketing might not realize the need for SEO strategies. Awareness is the first step toward progress. I Know What I Don’t Know This is the stage of conscious incompetence. Here, we recognize our knowledge gaps and areas for improvement. For instance, the same individual becomes aware of SEO but knows they lack expertise. At this stage, curiosity and motivation are key drivers to learning. I Know What I Know This is the stage of conscious competence. We’ve acquired knowledge and can apply it with focus and effort. For example, after practicing SEO techniques, the individual can optimize content successfully but must consciously think through the process. I Don’t Know What I Know This is the stage of unconscious competence. Skills become second nature, performed effortlessly without conscious thought. The individual now applies SEO strategies instinctively, demonstrating mastery. This framework helps learners navigate their development journey systematically. #hrtrends #learninganddevelopment #organizationdevelopment #Traininganddevelopment #coursedevelopment #contentdevelopment #leadershipdevelopment #ceotalk

  • In my 10-12 years as a leader for large organizations, i have attended many internal and external workshops on leadership. While quite a few organizations choose to go their own way in designing their own leadership development needs and models, i have had the privilege of experiencing, what i consider are the most impactful and easily appliable theories and models of leadership development, developed by some great minds like #kenblanchard #paulhershey (#SituationalLeadership) & #johnadar (#ActionCenteredLeadership) In my humble personal opinion, while #acl does hit the mark for certain areas, #SituationalLeadership emerges as a versatile, adaptable leadership model ideal for organizations of any size because it focuses on flexing leadership style to the readiness and needs of team members. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, it allows leaders to assess team members’ competence and commitment, then tailor their guidance—from hands-on coaching to hands-off delegation This empowers individuals to grow at their own pace while ensuring they feel supported By aligning support with each person’s development level, Situational Leadership fosters higher engagement, agility, and performance, making it a robust solution for developing leaders who can effectively manage diverse teams and dynamic situations. • 3-Step Guide to Using NLP and Hypnosis Techniques for Training Sales Consultants Visualization for Success Guide sales consultants through a visualization exercise to create a mental image of successful sales interactions. Ask them to imagine themselves confidently handling objections, actively listening, and closing deals with ease. Encourage them to visualize every detail—clients' expressions, tone of voice, and the positive outcome. This primes their subconscious, building confidence and focus for real-life interactions. Visualization helps them mentally rehearse and prepare for various scenarios, reducing anxiety and improving performance. Self-Hypnosis to Establish an Achiever Mindset Self-hypnosis allows consultants to adopt an achiever mindset essential for sales success. Train them to use daily affirmations and guided self-hypnosis exercises, where they visualize themselves as high achievers, repeat empowering statements, and let go of self-doubt. This practice strengthens belief in their abilities and reinforces a mindset of resilience and drive, crucial for handling rejections and challenges in sales. Sensory Apparatus Tuning for Better Client Understanding NLP sensory tuning helps consultants become more attuned to clients' needs and communication styles. Train them to observe subtle cues, like body language, tone, and language patterns, which indicate clients' preferences and concerns. This sensory tuning enables them to respond more empathetically, adapt their pitch, and ultimately build trust and rapport more effectively. #startupsuccess #salestraining #goals #learninganddevelopmentrends #Learningtrends #improvesalesperformance #nlpatwork #hypnosistechniques #ceotalk #startupfounders #startups #hrtrends #futureofwork #hybridtraining #salescoaching

  • How to use Bloom's Taxonomy to create courses and workshops to transfer over 80% knowledge and skill. Applying – This level is where most training fails to transfer skills, as real-world application is often missing. Design exercises that let learners practice skills in scenarios similar to their work environment. Active engagement through practice makes knowledge tangible and usable. This is easier for systems training such as CRMs or Software however can be intensely complex and long-term when supporting skills like Communication , Leadership, Sales, or Customer Service etc. Evaluating – Encourage learners to critique or assess scenarios, which fosters critical thinking. Without evaluation opportunities, learners may lack the confidence to apply knowledge independently. Use case studies and problem-solving activities here. This is a long term process that requires to build the learner to the skill level where they are able to assess their own work and mentor a junior Synthesizing – Finally, enable learners to create or innovate based on what they've learned. Incorporating synthesis solidifies the transfer of knowledge and fosters skill development. Creating the learner journey to incorporate this element into long term learning maps is essential. #learningandevelopment #contentdesign #learnerjourneydesign #learnerjourney #hrtrends #hrleadership #leadershipdevelopment #trainingandevelopment #workshopdesign #coursedesign #curriculumdesign #salestraining #ceotalk #lifelonglearner

A Step-by-Step Guide to Finding Your Passion If you're struggling with STEP 7, then the NLP TIMELINE THERAPY could help your explore the blocks Exclusive on LinkedIn next week - "How to Use NLP Timeline Therapy to eliminate mental or emotional blocks" Find Your Passion Step 1: Reflect on What Excites You Start by reflecting on moments in your life when you felt truly excited, fulfilled, or energized. Consider activities, topics, or causes that naturally draw your attention and make you lose track of time. Write down these moments and identify any patterns or common themes. These often point toward your passions. Step 2: Identify Your Strengths Consider the skills and abilities that come naturally to you. What do people compliment you on, or seek your help with? Make a list of your strengths, as they often align with your passions. Passions are easier to pursue when you're naturally good at something. Step 3: Explore New Interests Sometimes, passions aren’t immediately obvious. Take time to explore new hobbies, activities, or subjects. Experiment with things you’ve always been curious about. Sign up for workshops, courses, or volunteer for causes you care about. This experimentation can reveal hidden passions. Step 4: Notice What Makes You Lose Track of Time Pay attention to activities that make you feel “in the zone” or in a state of flow. These are activities that fully engage your mind and heart. Whether it’s writing, teaching, coding, or something else, these activities likely connect with your passion. Step 5: Visualize Your Ideal Life Picture your ideal life 5 or 10 years from now. What are you doing? Where do you spend your time and energy? Who are you helping or working with? This visualization helps you clarify what’s most important to you and can highlight your passion. Step 6: Align Passion with Values Ensure that your passion aligns with your core values and long-term goals. Passion without purpose may leave you unfulfilled in the long run. Step 7: Take Action Once you've identified a passion, start small and take action. Even baby steps can turn your passion into a meaningful part of your life and reward you with the income necessary to live an exciting life. #nlpcoaching #worklifebalance #hrtrends #futureofwork #hybridwork #peopledevelopment #findyourpassion #ikigai

  • Studies indicate that up to 72% of startup CEOs and founders experience mental health issues like anxiety, burnout, panic attacks, insomnia, and stress. High levels of stress and uncertainty in leadership roles can contribute to serious physical health challenges such as high blood pressure, obesity, and diabetes. Entrepreneurs are twice as likely to suffer from depression and 10 times more likely to suffer from bipolar disorder compared to the general population. Their work demands often result in sleep deprivation, irritability, fatigue, and anxiety #StartupTalky #WorldEconomicForum #Mentalhealthmatters #HRTrends Addressing these issues requires a cultural shift, to improve work - life balance 1st Cultural Shift - Replace "Burn-Out Achieve Now" with "Build Long Term Passion" 2nd Cultural Shift - Exercise and Exertion are not the same thing - Exercise builds strength : Mental and Physical 3rd Cultural Shift - Less is more - focus with all your energy 4th Cultural Shift - Money is a short term motivator , Long term motivator is personal growth 5th Cultural Shift - Physical movement is not a nice to do thing, "it's mandate" 6th Cultural Shift - Relations at work matter - half of an employees life is dedicated there - they spend more time there than at home (in some cases) #mindsetmatters #personaltransformation #organizationdevelopment #stressmanagement #healthylifestyle #hrtrends #leadershipdevelopment #learninganddevelopment #personalgrowth #hybridwork #futureofwork

  • Small and mid-sized organizations often prioritize revenue growth and rapid expansion over leadership and development. This can lead to a number of issues, such as a lack of qualified leaders, poor employee morale, and a stagnant company culture. When leaders are not properly developed, they may struggle to adapt to changing circumstances, make effective decisions, and inspire their teams. This can ultimately hinder the organization's long-term success. Create a truly Agile and Innovative Leadership Culture with these Leadership Essentials 1. Paint an clear and detailed vision. 2. Build an open, receptive, questioning, no hierarchy culture. 3. Empower people in all departments and roles. 4. Set goals, deadlines and measurements for success. #HRTrends #leadershipdevelopment #employeedevelopment #learninganddevelopment #leadershipcoaching #futureofwork #hybridwork
