Celebrating Diwali with Purpose This year, our Diwali celebrations at IRIS Software Group and IRIS Centre of Excellence - India went beyond our office walls. With a heart full of gratitude and a commitment to giving back, we embraced the spirit of Diwali by visiting and sharing moments of joy with those who need it most. A group of our incredible women colleagues visited a women care home, bringing smiles, warmth, and light to the residents there. Our India Leadership Team also joined in the celebration by visiting a shelter home under the Hope Public Charitable Trust - India run by Dr.V.Nagarani Anbazhagan , where we shared laughter, gifts, sweets, special lunch, and a reminder of togetherness. This Diwali, we truly celebrated the festival of lights by spreading love, happiness, and a sense of community. Wishing everyone a Diwali filled with love, light, and kindness. Nourishing Lives, Building Communities At IRIS Software Group and IRIS Centre of Excellence - India, we believe that access to nutritious food is a fundamental right, not a privilege. Our recent collaboration with Yein Udaan for a community cooking initiative allowed us to go beyond the workplace and contribute to a cause that touches lives in the most basic, yet profound, way—providing **meals** to those who need them the most. Food brings people together, fosters connection, and most importantly, fuels hope. Through this initiative, our Employee Champions cooked and distributed 300+ food packets, aiming not just to meet a temporary need but to contribute to the well-being and dignity of individuals in our community. This experience has been a reminder that **giving food** isn’t just about nourishment—it’s about care, compassion, and the collective responsibility we share to uplift each other. It reinforces our commitment to building a more inclusive and supportive society, where no one is left behind. Celebrating Talent at IRIS Software Group We’re incredibly proud to share the achievements of one of our very own, Manish Kumar Rai, who recently won two prestigious dance awards! 🏆💃 Manish was honored with the **Golden Star Award 2024** by the legendary dancer and actress Sudha Chandran for his outstanding dedication to **Kathak**—a North Indian classical dance form that he has passionately practiced for over 28 years.  He also received the **DWM Award** from none other than Bollywood icon Madhuri Dixit Nene, recognizing his remarkable commitment to **Bharatanatyam** (25+ years) and **Odissi** (17+ years), classical dance forms from the South and East of India, respectively. 🎉 His dedication to these art forms is truly inspiring, and we’re honored to have such a multi-talented individual as part of the IRIS family.
