Key Features: Recycling Capacity: Together both of the companies boasts an impressive recycling capacity, producing up to 40 tons of recycled fiber & 25 tons of recycled yarn daily. Zero Water Usage for making dyed fiber & yarn : A notable achievement is the complete elimination of water usage for making a dyed yarn , in the operations of Kakkar Spinning Mills & it’s subsidiary both makes dyed yarn out of the dyed waste , which prevents no use of water & chemical & signifies a remarkable stride towards reducing water wastage and conserving this precious resource. Carbon Emission Reduction: The company has successfully implemented practices that result in less carbon emissions by not using any dyed & chemical while making a dyed yarn out of dyed waste .
