About us
KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited is one of the leading manufacturers & exporters of aluminum and copper fin – copper tube condenser and evaporator coils used by OEMs in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC&R) industry. Established in 2017, we are run by highly skilled and experienced team of engineers with 20 plus years of experience in HVAC&R industry. We are committed to provide excellent solutions to our customers in terms of customizations and in accordance with international quality standards. We export minimum of 33% of our production worldwide. We always strive to utilize our experience in continuous improvements of products & processes to provide long-life products to the end users. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified for QMS (Quality Management System). Our coils are UL-207 recognized hence used by OEM clients without the need for re-qualification. We also have BS EN ISO 13134 procedure approval for brazing which is performed by certified our technicians. Our manufacturing unit is fully equipped with the latest coil manufacturing machines that include Hair Pin Bender, Fin Press, Expander, Helium Leak Testing. NCT Punching and CNC bending machines are used in our modern press shop for in-house production of sheet metal parts. Copper headers are manufactured using CNC Tube Bender, End Forming, Flute punching, and Tube T-drill machines.
