You feel you fit in well within the typical corporate roles and responsibilities. #whatmakesus We love it when we fail. Yes. All up for it. At FlytBase, being okay with failure is one of the few things that are our contrarian truth- the truth that we believe in and others don’t necessarily agree with. But what makes us be okay with it? 🤔 Experimentation is the core of the culture of FlytBase. Everything here is an experiment. Be it those clubs, be it a new structure in which the team works, be it a new AI tool we try, or something as small as a social media post, everything is an experiment. And when you look at things, thinking “Well, it’s okay, it’s just an experiment” you take off that pressure from yourself and that’s when the true potential and creativity are unleashed. From nailing those challenging customer calls to devising solutions for difficult drone missions, our team is learning to celebrate every word and narrative. In this session, we played a game of Taboo, where the goal was to discuss a topic without using the forbidden word. The tension was real, and the laughter was uncontrollable as we navigated these tough terms and conditions.
