A Journey of Transformation: Reflecting on Kridangan’s Impact Across Odisha Magic Bus India Foundation joined hands with Odisha’s government through the Kridangan Programme to empower educators and change the lives of adolescents. Through this initiative, over 310 Master Trainers (MTs) and 29 State Resource Groups (SRGs) from 30 districts were equipped with activity-based life skills education and a deeper understanding of the current curriculum. Since then, these educators are making a tangible difference. By refining their skills and reigniting their passion for teaching, they are inspiring and empowering countless adolescents across Odisha. From shaping futures to creating lasting change, the wheels of transformation continue to roll forward. This is just the beginning – the impact is growing, and the movement of change continues to unfold. #MagicBusIndiaFoundation #ChildhoodToLivelihood #BuildingFutures #FoundationalLearning #CommunityImpact #LifeSkills #21stCenturySkills #TransformingEducation #UnlockingPotential #DrivingChange #EducationForAll #YouthEmpowerment #SocialChange #FutureLeaders #CommunityImpact

Against all odds, Durgamma’s story is one of resilience, hope, and the power of education. Once forced to drop out after 8th grade due to financial struggles, Durgamma’s dreams of a brighter future seemed out of reach. But everything changed when she found support through Magic Bus India Foundation and JSW Foundation Aspire Education Programme. With a renewed sense of purpose and the backing of her family, she returned to school, enrolling in 9th grade at Priyadarshini School, Mariyammanahalli. Today, Durgamma isn’t just thriving academically — she’s gaining invaluable life skills that will help shape her future. Her journey is a testament to the transformative power of education and community support. This is just the beginning of a journey filled with endless possibilities. Let’s come together to empower more young minds like Durgamma’s. With education, we can change lives, build brighter and #Magiकल future for all. #MagicBusIndiaFoundation #ChildhoodToLivelihood #SuccessStory #Empowerment #EmpowerHer #FemaleLabour #CultivatingLeadership #FLFPR #WomenEmpowerment #CommunityDevelopment #JSWFoundation #EmpowerEducation #TransformativeJourney
