  • 4 Leadership Mistakes That Are Costing Your Team's Mental Health 1️⃣ “Mental health isn’t a priority in corporate settings.” ❌ Mental health is crucial for employee well-being and productivity. In India, 1 in 7 people suffer from mental health disorders, but over 85% avoid seeking help due to stigma. It’s time to prioritize mental health! 2️⃣ “Employees should handle stress on their own.” ❌ Stress is a team issue. With Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training and education, employees gain the skills to support one another, reducing burnout and fostering a supportive work environment. 3️⃣ “Corporate employees are too busy for mental health training.” ❌ Investing in Mental Health education pays off long-term. It empowers employees at every level, from entry-level staff to CEOs—to manage stress, improve resilience, and create a more inclusive and productive workplace. 4️⃣ “Mental health discussions should be avoided in the workplace.” ❌ Open dialogue is the key. Leaders must lead by example, by sharing mental health experiences and building an environment where employees feel comfortable seeking help without fear of judgment. 5️⃣ “Mental health isn’t a part of wellness programs.” ❌ Mental health isn’t an add-on—it’s fundamental to employee well-being. Real impact starts at the root, with leaders. When leaders prioritize mental health, the entire organization thrives. Creating a mentally healthy workplace is no longer optional—it’s essential for corporate success! #MentalHealthAwareness #CorporateCulture #EmployeeWellbeing #MHFA #WorkplaceWellness #MentalHealthMatters

  • Thank you for recognizing the vital role leaders play in promoting workplace mental health. Leaders shape workplace culture, inspire trust, and set the tone for openness and support. By prioritizing mental health, they drive productivity, retention, and overall well-being. However, promoting unsustainable practices like 90-hour work weeks lead to burnout, diminishes morale, and normalizes unhealthy habits, ultimately harming both individuals and the organization. Mindful leadership that values balance and well-being creates a healthier, more resilient workforce—and your efforts are paving the way for meaningful change
