Ono-san emphasized MOL-IT’s impact within MOL Group, highlighting our continued commitment to technological and digital transformation. He recognized our team’s technical expertise and achievements, especially MOL PEARL – our “One MOL” data warehouse, which empowers data-driven decision-making and accelerates progress toward exceeding our target DX Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Our colleagues from the MOL DXCU team, Yuki Watanabe san and Maika Tamagawa san, visited MOL-IT IPS Hyderabad office from October 14,2024 to October 17,2024. The MOL-IT IPS Hyderabad team was represented by Mr. Chandrashekhar Hariharan (Shekhar), Senior Director - Global Support and Mr. Naresh Maila, Manager Documentation. During this business visit, DXCU team reviewed the processes migrated to IPS team. There were discussions on IPS automation initiatives and new proposed migrations as well. Watanabe san and Tamagawa san expressed their appreciation for the team’s knowledge on the Veson IMOS Platform (VIP) and MOL-IT’s focus on automation. Another key highlight was the positive feedback for IPS work as shared by the Tamagawa san basis a survey with the operators from the Iron and Steel division.
