It was a great day with the exceptional expertise of our project team as we began our journey to address critical issues in Agri-Waste Management at the Center of Excellence. We had an insightful discussion on managing agricultural waste by exploring utilization strategies and developing improved disposal methods. Additionally, we explored the possibility of collaborating with the Ministry of Science and Technology on a joint project. Connecting with esteemed individuals such as Dr. Nitin S., Dr. Archana Mantri, Dr. Urmila Phutela Gupta, Er. Maganbir Singh, and Dr. Shashikant Patel was a truly profound experience. As a member of this inspiring community, I gained valuable insights into the complexities of large-scale projects, which has been incredibly rewarding. I am thankful for the opportunity to contribute to such impactful initiatives.#AgriWasteManagement #Collaboration #TeamWork

Building a business with a purpose, striving to create positive change and contributing to making the world a better and more beautiful place. Is there a widespread culture of "everyone as a changemaker" across all sectors? Currently, there's a surge in creating innovative solutions to global challenges, indicating the presence of changemakers. However, establishing a true culture of changemakers remains a distant goal, requiring collaboration among multiple entities including corporations, Governments, policymakers, Investors, and resource providers. It's imperative to take action now and develop programs that foster collaboration and encourage more individuals to unite for social causes, addressing both widespread and urgent issues. Presently, there is a growing desire to establish a lineage of social entrepreneurs who successively inherit and expand innovative initiatives, ultimately creating a substantial impact on various aspects of social life. Along with investing in this growing desire of social entrepreneurs, now catalyzes the growth of future leaders in India's social landscape. By supporting and empowering individuals committed to driving positive change, we not only catalyze innovative solutions to pressing social issues but also contribute to the sustainable development of communities across the nation. The aim is to cultivate a generation of social entrepreneurs who can address complex challenges and create lasting, meaningful impact, fostering a more resilient and equitable society for years to come. It’s been an honour to be featured as Promising Startup of the Week in TiE Rajasthan . We at Nariksha Pads Private Limited are focused on creating awareness among women by providing them with the safest, eco-friendly, natural, and hygienic menstrual care by utilizing the biggest problem as our raw material of Parali Burning. Thanks to all the Mentors of TiE Rajasthan For Supporting us and Helping us Reach this stage and also for what we are going to accomplish in the forthcoming future.
The problem of Pollution by burning Parali is a major concern as when it is burnt it causes a massive amount of #harmful gases which can bring AQI to 900 or sometimes immeasurable over this. Parali Burning Exposed: Myth of Soil Fertility Shattered, Posing Environmental and Health Threats Why in the News? A study was conducted in Punjab that showed pollution from stubble burning significantly reduced lung function and was particularly harmful to women in rural Punjab. High PM2.5 levels: The concentration of PM2.5 (Particulate Matter-2.5) was found to increase more than twice between the two phases, from 100 g/m3 to 250 g/m3. Incidentally, these are around 10-15 times the WHO (World Health Organisation) prescribed air quality standards though the permissible standards by India’s Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) are higher. #Nariksha #ParaliBurning #stubbleburning

Fueling dreams, forging success : Our startup's remarkable journey from inception to achievement. Back in 2020, during the pandemic, I returned to my village and started a social awareness campaign. I learned about a girl suffering from a vaginal infection who couldn't talk about it due to societal taboos. Additionally, there was a challenge in disposing of sanitary pads properly as girls had to go far to find a place to discard them. One day, my father came with a newspaper article and shared with me about the harmful effects of burning agricultural waste like parali. I had an idea. I envisioned creating a sustainable solution using parali waste for menstrual hygiene. My father and I discussed the concept, leading us to develop biodegradable sanitary pads. This motivated me to address both issues. After months of research and hard work, we came up with a comprehensive solution. Nariksha pads are biodegradable & compostable. 1200 times faster than plastic pads. I nervously pitched the idea in a competition and ended up winning. However, it wasn't just about winning; it was about initiating a revolution in environmental sustainability. Despite facing numerous challenges, we are determined to embark on the journey of creating a startup focused on 100% natural, good for the earth, and sustainability. Let's start the journey towards a sustainable future with Nariksha. #Nariksha #biodegradable #sustainability #startup
