This week, we successfully concluded our Management Development Training Program, designed for high-pot young talent. In the final phase of the program, participants delved deeply into the concept of leading change, where they were exposed to real-world managerial lessons through engaging business simulation exercises. They not only sharpened their decision-making and problem-solving abilities but also learned how to navigate the complexities of change and innovation.
