About us
Upholding its age long repute of being the flagship journal of National Law University Jodhpur, NLUJ Law Review, formerly known as Scholasticus, was established with the fundamental objective of advancing academic research and fostering discourse on contemporary legal issues in India. The Journal is a bi-annual, double-blind reviewed and student-edited, aiming at an inter-disciplinarian approach towards legal writing and greater inclusivity of the student body. The remit of the Review is broad and is not restricted to any particular field of law. We encourage writings which afford a holistic understanding to the reader, dealing with national as well as international legal and policy-related issues.
