Over the years at Parinaam, as part of our Chote Kadam project we've designed blueprints for healthcare centres, bus stations, community hubs, solar lighting systems, safe water projects and many more. Each was designed with absolute economy and utility in mind. While designing them, we realised it would be valuable to share these blueprints with the world, enabling others to easily replicate similar projects. Inauguration of Mid-Day Meal Shed and Boys’ Toilet at Vasanthapura Govt Upper Middle School, Bengaluru We are delighted to announce the inauguration of the newly constructed Mid-Day Meal Shed and Boys’ Toilet at Vasanthapura Govt Upper Middle School, Bengaluru, made possible through our Chote Kadam program with the support from Parinaam Foundation. These facilities will significantly enhance the health, hygiene, and overall well-being of the students, ensuring a better learning environment. It's always worth the while to come across partners who not only share sincere visions towards DEI but also go the extra mile to integrate them at every micro level possible. With a shared goal of making financial literacy accessible, Parinaam partnered with dentsu employees to facilitate a hands-on "Training of Teachers" workshop to create effective educators. Guided by Parinaam’s seasoned trainers, who bring years of experience in delivering financial literacy to underprivileged communities, and using advanced, culturally relevant modules—we helped participants gain essential, practical skills to confidently share financial knowledge within dentsu's targeted networks. The beautiful thing about working in the social sector are the inspiring stories of people we support — the ultra-poor — and their little victories in their grand march towards exiting poverty. There’s always a group of wide-eyed, curious children at every school/public library waiting to get their hands on books. And there’s nothing like the joy of someone ensuring that these bookshelves are always stocked for them. On that note, we present someone very kind from Pratham Books, who makes sure these wonderful books reach children across schools in Bangalore. We heartily thank Ankura Ranade for taking up the wonderful initiative of distributing books and keeping the love for reading alive :)

Before joining Parinaam, Hanumathi and her husband worked as laborers, earning a modest income of Rs. 8,000 per month. With our team’s guidance, Hanumathi transitioned from labor work, where she earned ₹8,000 a month, to a fulfilling role as a housemaid, now earning ₹15,000 monthly. This change has brought significant improvements to their financial stability. Their son, Hanumesh, started his education at a government school, but with Parinaam's assistance, he gained admission to Kids Global Private School. His hard work paid off as he achieved an impressive 85% in his 10th grade and continued to excel, scoring 87% in PUC. Now in his first year of B.Com. at Lowery College, Hanumesh is on a promising path.
