🎄 A Merry Christmas with a Milestone! 🎓 This Christmas, we celebrated a significant milestone as 150 girls graduated from the Skill Development Center of PraveenLata Sansthan Foundation under our TITLI initiative. These young women successfully completed courses in: • Beauty & Culture • Tailoring & Designing • Computer Literacy Additionally, they gained essential skills through short-term courses in: • Personality Development • Financial Literacy Management • Digital Literacy Management We also nurtured their talents with extracurricular activities to support their all-round grooming. In last 2 years around 1300 Girls and women graduated successfully through the program to become self reliant. A big shoutout to our partners Egon Zehnder whose support made this possible! STORIES OF CHANGE ! Pavitra, a 10th-pass woman from Rajoda Village, Sanwer Block, Indore District, Madhya Pradesh faced immense challenges after her husband abandoned her with two young children. Dependent on her brother, she lived in constant distress but remained determined to achieve economic independence. Despite taking up various odd jobs, she struggled to find stability and direction. Her challenges and determination were identified during a baseline survey conducted under Project Gram Siddhi, a CSR initiative by Aavas Financiers Ltd and implemented by PraveenLata Sansthan Foundation. Pavitra was enrolled in Advanced Beauty Culture training, where she gained technical skills, branding knowledge, and essential business support. With newfound confidence and consistent handholding, Pavitra established her own beauty enterprise. Her courage and dedication have transformed her into a self-reliant entrepreneur, earning recognition within her community. Pavitra’s journey showcases how the right opportunities and a resilient spirit can lead to a brighter and empowered future.
