December has been an incredible month at Happy Lab, filled with milestones, creativity, and festive joy! We started the month by shooting something innovative for our budding psychologists capturing the magic behind the lenses. Meanwhile, our editing team worked hard on post-production for a BIG project. Can you guess what it might be? The highlight of the month was the launch of the Happy Lab website and app on 12th December, a major step forward in our journey! We also celebrated the holiday spirit with a fun and heartwarming Christmas party, bringing the team closer with games, laughter, and festive cheer. As the year comes to an end, we’re all set for an exciting 2025, with our plans and projects ready to roll. It’s been a month to remember, and we can’t wait to share what’s next!

Have you ever caught yourself thinking: 1. ‘I don’t have time for myself’ pushing your own needs aside for others? 2. ‘I’ll deal with it later’ putting things off, not out of laziness, but fear or overwhelm? 3. ‘I don’t want to upset anyone’ always saying yes, even when it costs you your peace? 4. ‘It’s fine, I’m used to it’ avoiding emotional discomfort by brushing things off? 5. ‘I should be doing more’ constantly feeling like you’re not enough? These thoughts may seem small, but they’re red flags signs of deeper struggles like burnout, procrastination, weak boundaries, or perfectionism. Recognizing them is not about judgment; it’s about self-awareness. At Happy Lab, we believe the first step toward emotional well-being is understanding these patterns. Together, we can help you build healthier habits, set stronger boundaries, and create space for your growth. You deserve to thrive, not just survive. Let’s take that first step, one moment at a time.

This Christmas, our team came together to celebrate the festive spirit with joy, laughter, and togetherness! We organized a fun-filled day with a potluck feast, where everyone shared their favorite dishes, and indulged in exciting games like music , dog and the ball, treasure hunt, and XOX. The energy was high, the laughter was endless, and the memories we created were priceless. Here’s to celebrating the little moments that bring us closer and make our team stronger. Wishing everyone a season filled with warmth, happiness, and lots of fun!

Have you ever thought about how the food you eat impacts your mood and productivity? I decided to track my habits and noticed something remarkable. Week 1: I indulged in sugary treats like chocolates, eclairs, and other junk foods. Initially, I felt a quick boost of energy, but it didn’t last long. By the end of the week, I felt sluggish, unmotivated, and struggled to focus on tasks. My mood was all over the place, and productivity was low Week 2: I switched to natural snacks like dates, nuts, and other whole foods. The difference was amazing! My energy levels were more stable, my focus improved, and I was noticeably more productive. My mood felt lighter. The takeaway? Sugar itself isn’t the problem it’s how and what kind of sugar we consume that makes the difference. Opting for natural, nutrient-rich alternatives can have a positive impact on both your mental and physical health. Small, mindful changes in your diet can lead to big improvements in how you feel and perform. What’s your go-to snack for energy and focus?
