Significant shifts were seen in our learners in areas such as saying ‘no’, conversations with manager, claiming credit, delegation, active listening and work-life balance. ⭐Partnershp with an IT services startup and coaching their leadership team This program focused on enabling the leadership team by expanding their knowledge, developing a growth mindset and helping them build a team across geographical locations! ⭐Running the 18th batch of coaching sessions, covering 24 participants, for a Fortune 500 automobile organization Batch 18 and still working wonders!     Empowering Enabling Function Leaders: A Journey of Listening, Vulnerability, and Critical Conversations In today’s fast-paced IT services industry, leadership isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about fostering collaboration, trust, and empathy. Recently, we led a 4 weeks program for Enabling Function Leaders @Visionet Systems Inc, focusing on key skills like listening, vulnerability, and navigating critical conversations. The impact was transformative. Here is what our leaders learnt to do:   1. Tackling Complex Issues with Critical Conversations: Our leaders faced challenging, multi-layered problems by embracing curiosity and collaboration. They also learned to handle difficult conversations with confidence and clarity. As one learner shared, “I no longer avoid tough conversations. I approach them with confidence and empathy.” 2. Listening to Build Connection: Leaders often listen to respond, but true leadership requires active, empathetic listening. Participants practiced deep listening, which helped strengthen relationships across teams. One learner noted, “I realized listening without judgment changes every conversation and builds trust.” 3. Emotional Awareness: Using the Feelings Wheel We introduced the Feelings Wheel to help leaders understand their emotions and how they influence decisions. This increased their emotional intelligence, improving how they engage with their teams. As one leader said, “Understanding my emotions allowed me to lead with empathy instead of control.” 4. Vulnerability and Empathy: The Strength of Authenticity We challenged traditional leadership by encouraging vulnerability. Rather than a weakness, showing vulnerability allowed leaders to connect more deeply with their teams. "Being vulnerable helped me connect with my team on a deeper level. It was liberating," one leader reflected. Looking Ahead The future of leadership, hinges on skills like empathy, vulnerability, and critical conversations—skills that drive not just business success, but human connection. Overall, this program helped leaders shift from operational to adaptive mindsets, equipping them with skills vital for today’s dynamic industry. This being the 17th and 18th Leadership Batch, the journey of transformation is not just for the participants but for the entire organization. We recently completed 8 coaching sessions for 50 leaders in 2 batches, driving leadership excellence in a top-tier automotive company. We have witnessed some jaw dropping behavioral shifts like moving away from "What answers to give" to "What questions to ask", creating accountability within the team, co-creating solution with team, "What we bring to the table" conversation with stakeholder to win new projects. 2. Continued our impactful work on Conversation Skills Labs, Employee Compliance, and the Role of Managers, covering over 400 leaders across 20 batches. Enhancing communication and compliance at scale! To name a few behavioural shifts, comfort in seeking feedback from team members, regulating emotions by leaning into it, taking pause to reflect and drive outcome based conversations. 3. Ongoing coaching for the senior leadership team, guiding them towards achieving significant business outcomes. 4. Concluded Batch 14 and completed coaching for Batch 15 of our Women’s Leadership Program. Additionally, we launched the 16th Batch of Women Leadership Learning Labs, followed by group coaching.
