**An Unfortunate Experience and a Cautionary Tale** I recently had an experience that I feel is important to share, not only for my own reflection but also as a caution for others in similar situations. I joined Theomics International Pvt Ltd International Private Limited on September 4th, 2024, with high hopes and a significant personal investment, including covering my own travel expenses. Upon arrival, I was assured of a salary package of ₹31K as outlined in the offer letter, which also promised additional incentives based on ongoing projects. However, shortly after, I was informed that the salary would be reduced to ₹10K, and the incentives were never discussed again. Despite my disappointment, I chose to stay committed and worked diligently throughout the month. At the end of my term, when I inquired about receiving my salary on time, I was abruptly terminated by the CEO Madavan Vasudevan. They have not paid for two more days-Sept 23 and Oct1. I share this as a warning to others, especially freshers. Don’t fall for companies that make promises they won’t keep, and be wary of any organization that normalizes delayed payments for new employees. It's essential to research thoroughly, ask the right questions, and ensure transparency before joining. That being said, I remain optimistic and open to new opportunities. With this experience behind me, I’m approaching my next steps with more awareness and caution. I am writing this post as the Founder & CEO, in the best interests of Theomics INC stakeholders. Theomics International Pvt Ltd I was “astonished” by the unwarranted outburst from my former colleague, Ms. Animikha Ghosh (M.Tech - Genetic Engineering). What followed was even more shocking: tagging Theomics INC and myself, then quickly unlinking both accounts and removing Theomics INC’s response to her post. This was a clear attempt to manipulate the narrative. I firmly urge everyone to critically evaluate this baseless outcry and demand proof for the claims being made. It is deeply disappointing to witness such a deliberate attempt to sabotage the reputation of a rapidly growing niche data science company with false accusations. I am confident that those who have reacted to this will seek the truth and recognize the groundless nature of these claims.
