I've written a lot about diversity online and I've also ghostwritten for top leaders who wanted to position themselves as pro diversity. Over a period of time, there's been a fair amount of hypocrisy I have experienced in the VC ecosystem that's left a bad taste in my mouth. However Rebalance allayed a lot of my skepticism with their fantastic meet up with female angel investors. Kudos to Aishwarya Malhi and Vikas Kumar for seeing the vision even in the pre Covid area. and staying the course! The numbers paint a concerning picture: 𝗮 𝟲𝟯% 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 level.
