The Power of Company Culture: Why It Matters? As the founder of Third Eye, I've learned that creating, announcing, and practicing a strong company culture is crucial for long-term success. But why? What Company Culture Reflects: 1. Values and mission 2. Leadership's vision 3. Employee engagement and satisfaction 4. Client relationships and reputation 5. Adaptability and resilience Why Structure Company Culture? Just like framing bylaws, administrative policies, and HR policies, company culture: 1. Sets clear expectations 2. Fosters a sense of community 3. Drives employee retention and recruitment 4. Enhances productivity and performance 5. Differentiates your organization My Journey: In 2012, I founded Third Eye with a focus on education institutions. I knew most employees would be freshers, so I prioritized creating a culture that valued happiness over profits. Key Culture Pillars: 1. Rigorous hiring process (testing patience and tolerance) 2. Bi-annual excursions 3. Yearly salary hikes 4. Behavioral guidelines (dress code, communication, public conduct) 5. Family-like work environment Results: Despite the pandemic's challenges and downsizing, our strong culture kept our team connected. Former employees remain loyal, vouching for me and helping build our new team. Takeaway: A well-crafted company culture is the backbone of organizational success. Invest in your people, values, and mission to reap long-term benefits. #CompanyCulture #OrganizationalSuccess #EmployeeEngagement #Leadership #ValuesDriven #MissionDriven #HRPolicies #BusinessStrategy #GrowthMindset #TeamBuilding #EmployeeRetention #Recruitment #Productivity #Performance How has company culture impacted your organization? A phone Call That Changed Everything... As a founder & head, I've faced my share of doubts and frustrations. There have been times when I felt like dissolving my organization and quitting. But life has a way of surprising us. On my birthday, in 2019, I received a call from an unknown number. It was Vaishnavi D , a student from my 2011 batch (6th grade). She had managed to find my number after 8 long years and called to wish me happy birthday. Her trembling voice and tears of joy left me speechless. Vaishu reminisced about our time together in school, and I was moved to tears. That call was a reminder that the universe acknowledges our efforts. It's not just Vaishnavi; whenever I feel low, a student, client, or workshop participant reaches out, reminding me of the impact I've made. These encounters reinforce a fundamental truth: Genuine Efforts Always Pay Off: 1. Hard work and smart work will yield results. 2. Patience and courage are essential. 3. Failure is an opportunity to learn. 4. Every effort counts, no matter how small. 5. The universe acknowledges and rewards genuine intentions. 6. Impact is often felt long after the initial effort. 7. Students, clients, and community remember and appreciate. 8. Legacy is built on consistent, genuine efforts. 9. Believe in yourself and your mission. 10. Keep going, even when it feels impossible. #GenuineEffortsPayOff #PatienceAndCourage #ImpactfulWork #TeachingLegacy #StartupLife #Motivation #Inspiration #Gratitude #HardWorkPaysOff #BelieveInYourself #bepositive "To everyone who has ever believed in me, thank you. To Vaishnavi and all my students, I'm honored to have played a role in your lives. Keep shining!" Vaishnavi D Sajitha P. Harshini C Premananth (Pitch Deck Expert) Sriee Rajan Third Eye
