My latest water purifier is not sold by a celebrity or a cricketer 🚰 But by a tech founder who solves for real pain points. Having a good water purifier is must in most of our homes But they always come with a set of problems I was frustrated with the constant annual maintenance charges and the need for repair But 1 year ago, I saw the Urban Company 's founder Abhiraj Singh Bhal  launch a water purifier "Native - M1"  in Techsparks. Like when Apple launched their own chipset A series for phone and M series for laptops ,  the performance of the devices went much higher, Urban company plans to do the similar. I was very inspired by the vision and product. Three months ago, when our Kent RO again required expensive servicing , I was able to convince my mother to switch "Native M2 - Water Purifier" by Urban Company. Why? 3 key reason : - No need for servicing for 2 years - Included 2 years servicing if it is needed. - Built in monitoring of tds, quality with falt detection. While UC is not the first company which is doing an IOT based system, it is doing differently by making the service levels to next level and not selling it as a IOT product. It has also the filters you need without the worry about maintenance. I took 3 months to observe and post. So far, I’ve been having a great experience with this purifier Kudos to the product team at Urban Company for this breakthrough product. 👍 Trust me one cannot decide alone which purifier to buy, needed to influence my wife, mother in the family. Great customer experience is not in sales, it is flawless service and support. And I am just the customer on the database, the consumer is the whole family.
