Watch Palak Mehta in conversation with Kuntal Joisher, who made history as the world's first vegan to reach the summit of Mount Everest. In 2016, he successfully climbed Everest while maintaining a vegan diet. As a dedicated vegan for 21 years, this climb was his tribute to the voiceless animals. However, there was one issue: he had worn a down feather jacket. In 2019, Kuntal returned to Everest, determined to take it a step further. He replaced his down jacket with a fully vegan alternative, embodying his commitment and passion for animals. This became his driving force, his "WHY" that fuelled his journey.
