Job Title: Quality Executive - Banana Exports Location: Tembhurni, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities: 1) Contract Farming & Farmer Relations: Build strong relationships with farmers, offering technical support and guidance on contract farming processes. Ensure timely procurement and maintain consistent communication to meet production and quality goals. 2) Planning & Crop Management: Develop and implement crop management plans with farmers to optimize grape yield and quality. Oversee farm labor, equipment, and resources for effective operations. 3) Fruit Care & Quality Assurance: Manage all steps from banana harvesting to packing, ensuring fruit care, storage, and packaging meet Vegrow’s quality standards. Supervise handling during transportation and storage to preserve quality. 4) Operations & Compliance: Ensure hygienic conditions and operational compliance at packhouses and field levels. Manage post-harvest processes, including grape packaging, while meeting quality and timeline requirements.
