Dr Madhur Rathi, Consultant Psychiatrist at YesMindy highlights worrisome statistic about the future medical fraternity. The stress and the expectations from medical students during their training period are one the few precipitating factors along with the lacking infrastructure towards their support system. It’s disappointing to see healers of society going through the pain without a system in place for them to be able to seek help with assurance. YesMindy is a medical fraternity led organisation for mental health support. We urge our medical students to come forward in case of any guidance and support needed without the fear of any judgement and utmost confidentiality. #yesmindycares #yesmindyexperts #mentalhealth #suicidepreventionmonth #suicideawarenessmonth

We might be the saviour for someone if we try to make an understanding of the situation through our patience and non judgemental analysis. Please step forward and discuss about self or others to bring hope back. Meet Dr.Sampurna through the link in Bio. #yesmindycares #yesmindyexperts #mentalhealth #suicidepreventionmonth

Bipolar disorder is generally a long-lasting and recurring disorder that leads to individual and social adaptation problems and affects the patients and their family significantly. It's important that along with the medical treatment for acute/ maintenance treatment other methods like Educational therapy, Psychotherapy, Family therapy, Group therapy is taken up by patients of Bipolar for sustained wellness. Often the patients of Bipolar get well and bounce back to their normal routine with treatment. But also feel disappointed with the relapse of episodes which adds on to their disbelief about future. To get a more sustained recovery it's important to stay on multiple types of therapy from medical to educational to psychological. Here on YesMindy all the experts on panel believe in the same and insist on spending time with patients to understand deeper about their issues and life stories to find even that one minor factor which might be responsible for the episode relapse. #bipolardisorder #Awareness #Education
