ZMQ Development has 25 years of experience in building Technology for Development (#T4D) solutions with a #Digital Transformative approach. It has been working with last-mile under privileged communities globally – in India, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Nepal in Asia; Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda in East Africa and; more recently in Senegal and Mali in Francophone Africa. ZMQ Global has created its Africa office in Kampala in Uganda as Qaff Africa Foundation Ltd. (Qaff) to design, develop & implement localized T4D solutions for Africa. We will develop system changing digital tools & solutions for Health, Livelihood, Education, Agriculture, Climate-Change Impact & other sustainable development issues. We have recently delivered Tuberculosis Platform for integrated Adherence to National TB and Leprosy Program, Uganda. Also, we have piloted MIRA, a last-mile #mHealth Platform on Prenatal & Postnatal care, Routine immunization and Adolescent health in Jinja District. The digital tools are contextualized and are built in local languages like Luganda, Lusogo, Runyikole, Rutoro and English (Uganda). We work closely with communities & local expertise for designing & developing the technologies. Qaff invites local organizations & development initiatives in Africa for partnership and supporting them reach and connect with the communities for addressing critical developmental challenges.
