Finding a middle ground for learning that accommodates all children is indeed a significant challenge in today’s educational landscape. Every child is unique, with distinct ways of acquiring and retaining knowledge. Some children grasp concepts quickly, while others need more time and practice to fully understand and apply what they learn. However, a quick response does not always guarantee long-term retention or deep understanding. Teachers play a critical role in identifying the learning styles and paces of each student. By observing and engaging with students, they can determine whether a child learns best through visual aids, hands-on activities, verbal instruction, or a combination of methods. Adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs fosters an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels supported. This approach not only enhances academic performance but also boosts confidence and reduces frustration. While some contestants articulated their points with clarity, confidence, and precision, others struggled to convey their ideas effectively. This experience underscored the critical importance of strong communication skills in shaping one's success. Whether in academic, professional, or personal settings, the ability to express oneself clearly and persuasively is invaluable. Effective communication fosters better understanding, enhances collaboration, and builds credibility, making it an essential skill for success in every sphere of life. I moved to a new state overnight, and here's what I've noticed. The third one will surprise you. 😮 🌏 . . . . . . . . As a communication coach and language expert transitioning from West Bengal to Karnataka, communication was my primary concern. Keeping in mind that the culture and language of these two states are vastly different. However, here are a few hacks I learned along the way that may be useful to you while migrating. 1.Choose a few trustworthy people- It may be challenging to decide who to trust at first, but you should try to find a reliable friend at work who can help you understand the culture there, as well as a reliable travel companion who may include an auto driver, who should be your best friend because they can show you around and educate you on the rates so you are not taken advantage of. 2.Demonstrate a desire to learn the language-While communication is important, it's not always necessary for it to be your style. Make an effort to understand their communication styles. a few words and phrases that will both help you survive and make friends. Remember: People will undoubtedly be impressed and willing to assist you if they witness you taking the initiative to learn their language and culture as an outsider. 3.Finally, but just as importantly, demonstrate your value to them -Yes, moving across states or even countries makes you numerically inferior, which can be intimidating at times, but you still have an opportunity to highlight your strengths and the reasons you were hired. We don't want to be show off, so be subtle and teach them a little about your methods. TRAINING PROGRAMME ON ‘ART OF PARENTING’ I conducted Training Programme on ‘Art of Parenting’ on 26th October 2024. The programme was organized by Hejje Montessori House of Children, Bengaluru. The following are the opinions of the participants on the Training Programme (as written by them in the Feedback Formats): • This training was a quick recall to our Parenting Skills. Overall, programme was a great experience. It was a good synopsis on Parenting. I would like to attend a few more sessions. • This programme was very much needed. The examples quoted were very appropriate. Programme was very well done. • Programme was very effective, very impressive, very informative, really helpful, very educative, impactful, practical, doable and interactive. • Programme was a good learning experience in many aspects. This programme was really needed for parents of this generation. Programme was 100% effective. The visuals were very apt and described the scenario. • PPTs were very amazing, practical, very specific, effective and very good. • We realized lot of things to change ourselves in parenting.

Happy Ramanavami! We celebrate birthdays of many Gods in India. Why? For me, it is to inculcate what they symbolize. Whether one believes in God or not, one believes in Lord Rama or not is secondary. People of every land celebrate real heroes and heroes from stories. Don’t we use the quote from Alice in Wonderland – ‘Begin at the beginning’, a quote from Spiderman – ‘With great power comes great responsibility’! Here is how I see and celebrate Lord Rama and his team in the context of corporate and the current digital world. I wanted to write this at the beginning of my day, but duty called! I had to focus on my work tasks first. Lord Rama is the epitome of dutifulness. So, there you go, I followed him! Almost always Rama is seen with his wife Sita, brother Lakshmana, and his devotee Hanumantha. This is nothing but teamwork! Rama ran his kingdom with his team! A corporate cannot exist without a good team. I am just taking some excerpts from Ramayana to see how we can make connections. Rama is a great leader, like a CEO of a company and there is always a right hand which happens to be Lakshmana. He follows the leader ardently, but he breaks the protocol when there is a need for it. The very essence of a corporate is to discover problems and find solutions to those problems. When Lakshmana breaks the protocol, that is when they discover the problem of Mareecha and the likes! Now, why did Lakshmana break the protocol? He heard Rama’s distressed voice from the jungle. Rama went in search of the golden deer which Sita pleaded to have. Golden deer… this is unusual! There has to be someone to spot the unusual. This can be related to abnormal cyber activity! Chasing the unusual can result in something grave at the other end! We need to be prepared. Someone to spot the golden opportunity, someone to chase it up and someone to hold the fort - sounds very familiar, isn't it? What about Hanuman and the whole monkey army? There was an internal conflict in the monkey kingdom which Rama solved, and he got the support of the whole monkey army. Can’t we relate this to corporate acquisition? A better CEO to lead the combined forces to solve problems for the greater good! We just need to see stories with the right lens, and we will be able to relate with them, however ancient they are!  #symbolism #corporate #ramanavami
