In training, one of the tricky area is to develop your training objective.. What is a good training objective? It has 3 components, which are : 1. Performance 2. Condition 3. Minimum standards of performance. When you combine the 3 elements, you will get a complete training objective. Many new trainers and speakers are struggling to write their training objective correctly. Hope this video can help.
