[en] Effects arising from the existence of lower-l cutoff (l sub(min)) in Heavy-Ion fusion processes are discussed within the framework of the statistical theory. Both the fluctuation cross-section as well as the angular cross-correlation function are seen to be qualitatively affected by l sub(min). (Author)
