AbstractAbstract
[en] Proceeding the Liouville-von Neumann equation, the kinetic equation for the photons interacting with nonrelativistic electrons in a constant electric field has been obtained using the method of the non-equilibrium statistical operator. The collision integral is nonzero due to the influence of the field on the interaction of photons with electrons. Absorption and radiation probabilities of the photons depend on the photon frequency and the field strength projection on the photon momentum direction and the power and oscillating manner. Oscillations are bounded with the energy-time uncertainty relation. The contribution of this effect into the photon spectrum relatively radiation at electron scattering on the phonons and ionized impurities is calculated for n-GaAs. The parameter region is found, where the influence of this effect on the spectrum may be essential

Исходя из уравнения Лиувилля-фон-Неймана методом неравновесного статистического оператора получено кинетическое уравнение для фотонов, взаимодействующих с нерелятивистскими электронами в постоянном электрическом поле. Интеграл столкновений отличен от нуля из-за влияния поля на процесс взаимодействия фотонов с электронами. Вероятности поглощения и излучения фотонов зависят от их частоты и проекции напряженности поля на направление импульса фотона как степенным, так и осциллирующим образом. Осцилляции связаны с соотношением неопределенности энергия-время. Рассчитан вклад этого эффекта в спектр фотонов относительно излучения при рассеянии электронов на фононах и ионизованных примесях на примере n-GaAs. [en] A plasma jet method for the synthesis of graphene and carbon nanotubes with mesoporosity and hydrophobicity has been developed. The resulting materials are incorporated into the electrodes for the supercapacitor. Measurements were performed on cyclic charge/discharge by direct current, on the basis of which the dependences of the capacitance and internal resistance of the supercapacitor were calculated. It has been established that the use of graphene reduces the resistance of a supercapacitor compared to carbon nanotubes

Разработан плазмоструйный метод синтеза графена и углеродных нанотрубок, обладающих мезопористостью и гидрофобностью. Полученные материалы введены в состав электродов для суперконденсатора. Проведены измерения по циклическому заряд/разряд постоянным током, на основе которых рассчитаны зависимости емкости и внутреннего сопротивления суперконденсатора. AbstractAbstract
[en] The conversion of ethylene (C2H4) at concentrations of 400 and 930 ppm in an air flow at a temperature of 295 K is simulated. Ethylene is added to air either upstream of the discharge chamber or in the reaction tube, downstream of a pulsed corona discharge. It is taken into account that the distribution of the gas components in the discharge zone is nonuniform due to the streamer nature of the discharge. In the reaction tube, all of the components are assumed to be uniform. Simulation results agree with the experiments carried out at voltage pulse amplitudes of 30 and 40 kV, a gas flow rate of 2-10 l/min, and a specific energy deposition of up to 0.15 J/cm3. It is shown that the ozone produced plays a governing role in the C2H4 conversion. It is found that it is possible to minimize the energy spent on conversion by choosing the optimum pulse repetition rate and the specific energy deposited per pulse. The presence of water vapor impedes the ethylene conversion and increases the concentration of formaldehyde and methane

AbstractAbstract
[en] The features of the relaxation of a quasi-steady glow discharge after extra excitation by a nanosecond high-voltage pulse are studied experimentally. It is shown that the plasma relaxation is characterized by the existence of a time interval with a low emission intensity--a glow pause. A kinetic model of the helium plasma relaxation is developed. It is shown that the nanosecond discharge that creates extra ionization and metastable atoms enables one to keep the electron temperature at a quasi-steady level within the range 0.05-0.5 eV for several hundred microseconds during the glow pause. The effect of the helium temperature on the glow pause features is investigated
