[en] A divice is described that has been designed tomeasure the height of about 8 pulses arriving simultaneously and to present the messurement results in the form of a parallel 8-decade binary code. The device operates in the standard way of data conversion: pulse height-time-pulse train-code (H-T-S-C). The H-T blocks of the device are used for the preliminary memorizing of the pulse height therefore it contains only two time-pulse train-code converters serving all 8(H-T) blocks being asked in pairs. Besides the main operations, the H-T blocks are used for amplifying, filtration, shaping and linear gating of measured signals

[en] An apparatus for measurement of the space profiles of particle beams by means of two-coordinate chambers (16 electrodes per coordinate) is described. The working current range is 10-9-10-6 A per electrode. A current integrator is connected to each electrode. After completion of a measurement cycle, the charges that have been accumulated in the integrators are successively converted to digital code and sent to a personal computer. 5 refs., 4 figs

It consists of the converter (ADC on 4096 channels for the pulse height analysis and counter for MCS mode), the analyzer control unit and the 16K bytes memory module. [en] 4096-channel amplitude analyzer made in the CAMAC standard and wholly placed in one CAMAC crate is described. The analyzer includes an analog-to-digital converter, a storage device with capacity of 4 K of 16-digit words, an increment recording block, a graphic display interface, a unit for the analyzer operation control and a conroller. [en] To investigate the processes of production and decay of high-energy particles in the Serpuchov proton synchrotron beams constructed is a large physical installation consisting of two magnetic spectrometers positioned in series. A complex of detectors permits to identify primary (beam) and secondary (escaping from a target) particles and to measure their momenta with 0.45% accuracy and angles with 0.3 mrad accuracy that gives an opportunity to separate reliably channels of anti n+p → k+Σ+ (Y*(1385)) reactions at 12 eV pion energy by the missing mass method
