AbstractAbstract
[en] Recent experiments to measure charmed particle lifetimes are reviewed. The preliminary results of these experiments agree on a D+- lifetime of 7.6/sub -1.5//sup +3.6/ x 10-13sec. The D0 lifetime remains uncertain: the world average is 2.7/sub -0.4//sup +0.8/ x 10-13sec, but excluding at least two apparently good D0 with long flight times and excluding also some early emulsion experiments with apparent bias against long D0 flight times. Preliminary average lifetimes are 2.3/sub -0.7//sup +1.1/ x 10-13sec for Λ/sub c/+ and 1.8/sub -0.6//sup +1.2/ x 10-13sec for F+-. Some developments under way to further improve vertex detectors are discussed

AbstractAbstract
[en] In a 326,000 picture exposure of the Fermilab 15' Neon-Hydrogen Bubble Chamber to the Quadrupole Triplet Neutrino Beam, 62 dimuon candidates have been found: 0 μ+μ-, 54 μ-μ+ and μ+μ-, and 8 μ-μ-. The μ-μ- candidates are consistent with background. The ratio of opposite-sign dimuon events to single muon events is (0.39 +- 0.10) x 10-2 for a muon momentum cut of 4 GeV/c. There are 10 V0 in the opposite-sign dimuon events, yielding a neutral strange particle rate per event of 0.6 +- 0.3

AbstractAbstract
[en] Three new experiments and further results from the Gargamelle neutrino collaboration do not confirm the published GGM indication of an excess of elastic neutrino-electron events over the number expected from the Weinberg-Salam theory. Experimental conditions, sensitivities and results are compared. Questions for discussion are posed. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] In an exposure of the Fermilab 15' neon (64 atomic %)--H2 bubble chamber to a broad band anti ν beam, 3 μ+e-X and 6 μ-e+X events (with estimated backgrounds 1.1 and 0.6 events, respectively) were found with the μ/sup +-/ identified in the EMI. The fractions of μ+e- and μ-e+ production relative to anti ν/sub μ/ and ν/sub μ/ charged current interactions are respectively anti f = (0.10 +- /sub 0.07//sup 0.13/)% and f = (0.34 +- /sub 0.13//sup 0.23/)%, giving anti f/f = 0.3 +- /sub 0.2//sup 0.5/
