AbstractAbstract
[en] The aim of this experiment is to study massive muon pairs produced by π- at 280 GeV/c and π+, π-, K+, K-, anti-p at 200 GeV/c on platinum and hydrogen targets. Results are presented on: vector mesons production through their μ pair decay mode like: low mass resonance (rho, ω, phi) at high transverse momentum, psi/J production, first evidence for T production by 200 and 280 GeV/c pions. High mass continuum. A total of more than 10000 dimuon events of Drell-Yan type are analyzed giving results on nuclear target and Psub(t) dependence, decay angular distributionn, alsolute comparison of π+, π-, K+, K-, p, anti-p induced mass spectra, scaling

AbstractAbstract
[en] Constructing shelters in suitable quantities, with adequate capacities and at the right locations is essential for evacuees under earthquake disasters. As one of the disaster management methods, constructing shelters can help to significantly reduce disruption and devastation to affected population. Mathematical models have been used to solve this problem allied with a heuristic optimization algorithm. The optimization of evacuation efficiency, as one of the most important objectives, has many expressive forms, such as minimizing evacuation distance and evacuation time. This paper proposes a new model that aims to minimize evacuation time with a new calculation method and to maximize total evacuees’ comfort level. The modified particle swarm optimization (MPSO) algorithm is employed to solve the model and the result is compared with a model that calculated evacuation time differently and a model without distance constraint, respectively.

AbstractAbstract
[en] The bleeding disorder immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), in which the number of blood platelets is decreased, was studied. In-111-labelled platelets determined the sites in the body where the platelets of patiens with ITP were being destroyed. In patients with mild ITP, the platelets were destroyed primarily in the spleen, and these patients benefitted from intravenous gammaglobulin treatment. Patients whose labelled platelets were destroyed diffusely throughout the reticuloendothelial system did not respond to gammaglobulin. Low molecular weight heparin as an anticoagulent for platelet function tests was also evaluated
