AbstractAbstract
[en] In this paper the working principle of a magnetron is examined from the standpoint of the accomplishing of the necessary transformation of this device. The working is explained of the electric generator with radioisotopes as well as of the converting cell of the fission nuclear energy by using a modified magnetron. Both the electric generator with radioisotopes and the converting cell of the fission nuclear energy represent energy sources supplied in the form of micro-waves - the main power source - and of direct current - the secondary reduced power source

AbstractAbstract
[en] PNP2 is a calculation program for the interpretation of the experimental data from the pulsed neutron source method in multiplying media in the critical or subcritical state, populated by thermal neutrons. The program is formulated in the FORTRAN IV language for the ICT 1900 computer. The time dependence of the thermal neutron population in the multiplying media, appearing in the simplified theory of the pulsed neutron source method is calculated. The quantities Nsub(a), α, Nsub(r) and B as well as empiric variants which affect these magnitudes are determined. With these quantities the reactivity is calculated in relative units

AbstractAbstract
[en] PNP-2 is a computer programme designed to interpret experimental data obtained from a pulsed neutron source on multiplier media in critical or subcritical states populated by thermal neutrons. The programme is in FORTRAN IV. Variation with time of the population of thermal neutrons from the multiplier medium, following its excitation at the time t = KT with neutron bursts appears, in the simplified theory, of the pulsed source method. In PNP-2 reactivity is calculated in relative units (dollars) and the generation time is calculated from the obvious equations from theoretical methods of Gavelis-Russel and Gozani. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The theoretical basis of the expressions used in the interpretations of experimental data is discussed explaining the particular forms of the expressions used in the methods of reduced variance, zero p0 probability and ratio of probability p0/p1. The procedures for processing experimental data, their collection being achieved by chain measurement are described. Specific information about the measurements performed and the experimental results obtained are provided as well. The results of the processing of experimental data in the IBM Computer-IFA are presented in a graphic form. (author)
