AbstractAbstract
[en] A developed 16-channel system for X-ray radiation recording based on silicon microstrip detector (MSD) is described. Energy resolution at 5.9 keV energy constitutes at room temperature -1.7-2.1 keV, at cooling up to - (40-50) deg C - 0.95-1.1 keV for system different channels. It is pointed out, that energy resolution for every channel of the recording system is determined using multichannel amplitude analyzer which scale is calibrates using 57Co source. Further improvement of energy resolution of X-ray radiation multichannel systems based on silicon MSD can be reached at deeper cooling, it may reach 700-750 eV(5.9 keV) per channel

AbstractAbstract
[en] Results of tests of silicon microstrip detectors in electron (26-GeV) and proton (70-GeV) beams are presented. The tests showed the possibility of reliable detection of a signal from charged particles using domestic electrons for preamplification. The charge collected by the detector from high-energy particles is close to the charge from a 106Ru source and is ∼30,000 electrons. 4 refs., 7 figs

AbstractAbstract
[en] A prototype of electromagnetic calorimeter is made using W-converter and silicon detectors as recording elements. Results of measurements of statistical characteristics of pilot lot of domestic silicon detectors are given. Energy resolution of calorimeter at 26 GeV/s pulse electron beam constitutes 17% and it agrees with the published data. It is pointed out, that preamplifier allowing to retain one of advantages of silicon detectors, that is, their high fast-response and it enables to use calorimeter to generate low-level trigger signal, is developed

AbstractAbstract
[en] There is information about the development and investigations into uncooled X-ray and γ-radiation semiconductor detectors on the basis of Bridgman-Stockbarger method grown thallium bromide crystals. Procedure for the preparation of detector structures Me-TlBr-Me (where Me - Au, In) is described, peculiarities of volt-ampere characteristics are investigated. Counting and spectrometric characteristics of manufactured detectors are measured. The best energetic solution was 0.54, 1.3, 1.41, 2.1 and 7.1 keV for the energies 5.9 (55Fe), 22.1 (109Cd), 59.6 (241Am), 122 (57Co) and 662 keV (137Cs) correspondingly

AbstractAbstract
[en] This paper describes the process of constructing a silicon microstrip detectors. The characteristics of the detectors are investigated. The leakage current of diode element in the case of total depletion is not higher than 10 nA. The signal-to-noise ratio is about 6 if the preamplifiers with time constant about 20 ns are used. 4 refs.; 7 figs
