AbstractAbstract
[en] The experimental results are reported on non-stoichiometric titanium nitride deposition on various surfaces and a molybdenum wire. Titanium nitride deposition rate is presented in polynomial form and titanium recovery from gaseous phase is given as a function of temperature input TiCl4, H2, N2 mixture flow rate. The activation energy of the process is found to be 98,23 kJ/mol and 11,35 kJ for temperatures below and above 1473 K, respectively. Refs. 6, figs. 3, tabs. 4

AbstractAbstract
[en] DThA and RPA methods were used to investigate crystallization of the ZrF4-BaF2-LaF3-NaF system glasses. It is shown that this process proceeds at 2-3 stages. In this case increase of NaF content in glass results in shift of vitrification temperature to the range of lower temperatures, crystallization temperatures change analogously. Crystallization phases separated in glasses at different thermal treatment stages have been identified by means of RPA. Separated crystalline phases exist in sufficiently narrow temperature range. The most symmetric cubic γ-ZrF4 is separated as the first crystalline phase what is related to maximum approximation of local symmetry of cubic phase to glass symmetry. Phase composition of partially crystallized glasses is related to the structure of fluoride glasses at all stages
