[en] For eigenvalues E(β) of the Hamiltonian of the quartic anharmonic oscillator we give a procedure allowing to transform the asymptotic Rayleigh-Schroedinger perturbation expansion into a convergent expansion, coefficients of the latter expansion being given explicitly as some linear combinations of the coefficients of the perturbation expansion

AbstractAbstract
[en] Calculation of energies of 2l4l' autoionization state levels within Z=6-50 interval is conducted. Calculation is carried out on the basis of perturbation theory by 1/Z with regard of the effects in terms of Breit operator, high relativistic effects and radiative correction. Contribution of different effects is discussed using 2p4p, 2s4s, 2s4d, 2p4f states with J=1 as an example. Z-dependence of coefficients of the intermediate coupling is followed. Analysis of proper addition fo LS and configuration for Z different values is given on this basis. It is shown, that usage of Wigner-Neumann theorem on the level noncrossing allows to obtain fair Z-dependences for all atomic characteristics

AbstractAbstract
[en] A new design of secondary winding of the storage ring is suggested for increasing energy transfer efficiency from indUctive storage to inductive loading. The secondary winding is divided in N sections each of them having one of the outlets connected through one of N closers of the first group to the first outlet of inductive loading. The second outlet of the loading through one of N switch of the second group is connected to other outlets of sections connected by one of N breakers with the first outlet of inductive loading. The sections are located inside primary winding and length of each of the sections is equal to the length of primary winding. Each of the sections in the cross section has the form of the sector with the angle of solution 2π/N and with radius equal to radiUs of internal circle of primary winding. It is shown that this configuration assures equal active resistance of sections of secondary winding at small total length of winding bar. The given design permits to more than twice increase efficiency of energy transfer in inductive loading due to non-dissipation energy transfer

[en] A linear magnetoplasma trap with antimirrors for a theta pinch thermonuclear system with plasma external injection is described. The trap consists of a solenoid coil of the stationary magnetic field and cyllindrical conducting liner with pulse antimirror coils axially located at the ends of the liner and placed inside the solenoid coil, and oriented along the magnetic field. To simplify the trap and to increase plasma density inside it, additional coils adjoining the liner are placed co-axially between the liner and antimirror coils, the inner diameter of coils is equal to liner's inner diameter and both leads of the winding of each additional with the leads of the corresponding antimirror coil in such a way that the direction of the detour on the turns of an additional coil relatively to the axis is opposite to the detour on the turns of the corresponding automirror coil

AbstractAbstract
[en] Sodium cations diffusion coefficients in three model alumoborosilicate silicate and five alumophosfate glasses, including sulfate containing ones, are determined by method of integral residual activity. It is astablished that sodium cation mobilities within the investigated temperature range in glasses of the first group are by 1-3 orders lower than in the second one. Data on rates of sodium leaching from glasses by distilled water are obtained. It is shown that there exist some deviations from symbate character of changing diffusion coefficients and sodium leaching rates. It is found that it is possible to include much more sulfate containing wastes in alumophosphate glasses than in alumoborosilicate ones

It is shown that application of cascade systems with IS with high-efficiency intercascade power transfer allows one to increase the communication system reliability under a stepped current switch and discharge power of an inlet cascade. In this case systems with initial storage of energy of the order of gigajoule in a superconducting IS are of a special interest

[en] By the method of stationary longitudinal thermal flow the heat conductivity of Ca3Nb1.6875Ga3.1875O12 monocrystals in the temperature range from 6 to 300 K has been studied. Temperature dependence of heat conductivity factors having a diffuse maximum in the range of ∼ 15 K is given. The conclusion is made on the presence of mechanism of phonon scattering on point defects, on high degree of the crystal homogeneity and absence of heat conductivity anisotropy
